Learn how digital tools can support you

When we talk about staying well this winter it is as important to remember what digital options and solutions are out there to help.

We know it can be hard for a lot of people, both young and old to navigate or access the digital world. It might be troubles with access to devices or the internet. Motivation or feeling pressured to engage with a digital world with things progressively moving online. Or the fear of being scammed, judged or shamed for not having the confidence or skills to complete digital tasks safely. The important thing is that there are trusted, passionate people in your community ready to help you access the digital world.

In Gloucestershire we have more than 40 Digi Hubs and each has Digital Champions and who ready to offer free 1:1 friendly support with any digital need you may have. There are also lots of different digital tools to help support your health and wellbeing.
